Bentley driver charged after police say he hit a curb and drove across the lawn of a Hamilton police station

The man was driving “erratically” on King Street at Nash Road, before he reportedly struck a curb, wove through trees at Hamilton police’s east end station, missing parked police cruisers, allege police.

Hamilton police have charged a driver with impaired operation after a Bentley ended up in police station parking lot after the driver “took the scenic route to jail.” 

Shortly before 4 a.m. on Thursday, Hamilton police said officers saw someone driving “erratically” eastbound on King Street at Nash Road. The driver reportedly struck a curb, damaging the left front wheel, and then continued to make his way through the trees on the front lawn of Hamilton police’s East End station.
