Hamilton Mayor Fred Eisenberger and Hamilton Police Service Chief Glenn De Caire will headline a full-day workshop for business owners and operators on Thursday, March 25 at McMaster Innovation Park in West Hamilton.
The Clean and Green Business Workshop will focus on how business neighbourhoods are becoming more engaged in cleanliness, beautification and crime management issues.
The $40 full-day session also includes presentations from the city's Public Works department and the host organizers, the Clean City Liaison Committee, as well as afternoon small group breakout sessions on volunteer engagement, crime management, provincially-mandated changes to waste management practices in business and city initiatives to combat graffiti.
