The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are proud to present the first annual Tim Hortons Coaches Clinic for local minor football coaches on Saturday, Aug. 16 at Ivor Wynne Stadium.
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats coaching staff, led by head coach Charlie Taaffe, will provide instruction and share tips with local coaches to further develop minor football players throughout the Golden Horseshoe. During the Clinic, Ti-cats coaches will take part in a series of on-field and classroom demonstrations discussing all facets of the game.
"We're excited to partner with Tim Hortons for this innovate grassroots football initiative," said president Scott Mitchell. "Allowing coaches access to the information and the expertise that our coaching staff can provide will benefit our local minor football players and further strengthen our local minor football system."
The one-day session begins at 8:30 a.m.
