
The Winona Peach festival was a roaring success this year with at least one full day without rain, almost a record in these parts. Pictured here are three kids from St. George who made the trip to the festival with their dad for the occasion.

The 41st Grimsby Festival of Art coming on September 6, 2008 to Nelles Blvd. and Central School in Grimbsy, welcomes Grimsby potter Lisa Skog for her fifth year of participation. Lisa uses the Raku technique, which produces striking metallic finishes, resulting in non-functional highly decorative forms. Lisa's work ranges from large bowls and vases to tealight candle holders and jewelry. New this year she will have lifecasts inspired by classical Greek and Roman sculpture.
